High quality Gas cutting Torch, along with Flash Back Arrestors, associated Gas Control Solenoid Valves ensure safety and repeatability.

Plasma Arc Height is settable in mm from Automatic AVC Torch Height Controller.

AVC System is PLC based and uses precise Servo Drive for faster response.

Our team will install machine completely. For foundation, we expect customer to only provide us with 150 mm thick concrete flooring, I-beam and little bit of Civil work. Rest all material is part of STAR ENGINEERS Package.

Our team carries out leveling, alignment etc. Set up CNC Control, Profile Cutting Trials, Operation training & Nesting software training etc.
