2526CP CNC Table Type Plasma Cutting Machines adopts whole workbench, longitudinal and transverse rails are high-precision ones, longitudinal drive system offers zero clearance meshing transmission of rack and gear with strong spring force even if longtime attrition of rack and gear. Integrated structure is easy and fast to be installed, and runs stable. It is used for medium-thickness and thin plate and small workpiece cutting, mainly used for profile cutting.

Basic Structure
Machine consists of a gantry supported on carriage on operator‘s side & a free roller on the other. Driven by motors one each on X-axis & Y-axis.

Drive Mechanism
The motion along longitudinal (Y) axis is powered by digital controlled motor Panasonic or equivalent make coupled with backlash free planetary gearboxes of Panasonic or equivalent make. This arrangement provides smooth acceleration, deceleration & controlled profile cutting speeds.The motion along cross (X) axis is powered by digital controlled motor mounted on the master/control console.

CNC Controller
